Lemon Pepper Chicken
Last week when my son was home from college, I made him several meals to take back with him when he left. He said this was his favorite chicken I've EVER made! He loves lemon, pepper & capers & he loves that all of those flavors are in this one dish.
I'm not sure if I'm more excited that the whole thing literally only took me 30 minutes or that he loves my cooking :) And I love that he at least had 5 healthy dinners when he returned to school!
