Lemon Tahini Dressing
I love salads! And I love salad dressings just as much. I am not a girl who daintily dips her fork into dressing so as not to consume very much of it. I am the girl who likes her lettuce swimming. Ha.
This Lemon Tahini dressing is so bright & flavorful! I love it on its own, but I also actually love to mix it with a little bit of this Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing for a very unique salad flavor profile. I also used it the other day as a dip for a rotisserie chicken & it was so good.
However you choose to eat it, you’re gonna fall in love with this dressing this summer!
Lemon Tahini Dressing
INGREDIENTS
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1-2 tablespoons water as needed to thin the dressing
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients, except water, into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds until well mixed. If the dressing seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water, blend again for a few seconds & check consistency. Add 1 more tablespoon of water if necessary & repeat the blending process.
Store dressing in a glass jar or salad dressing bottle.
