Seafood Seasoning

This is a great seasoning for any type of seafood.  I created this recipe because I had been purchasing a pre-made bottle of seasoning that I thought contained clean ingredients, but when I re-read the list of its contents I was disappointed to find that it contained an additive made from soy.  

I try to always make sure seasonings are completely free of additives because these types of ingredients greatly contribute to inflammation & gut health issues.  It makes me feel great when I know that the seasonings I'm using are completely organic & healthy.

Try this seasoning on my Sea Bass or on your favorite fish tonight.  Enjoy!   


Seafood Seasoning

 

ingredients*

2 tablespoons medium grain sea salt
1 tablespoon coarse ground pepper
1 tablespoon of each: granulated garlic, dried chopped onion, dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried lemon peel
1 teaspoon dried basil

*use all organic if possible
 

directions

combine all ingredients in a large glass mason jar & shake vigorously to combine.  

shake each time you use this seasoning mix as the smaller ingredients will settle to the bottom of the jar
