Spicy Chili Oil
When I wanted a spicy chili oil for my Tom Kha Gai, I thought it would be no problem to just add it to my grocery list. But 3 grocery stores later, I couldn't locate a spicy oil. So I had to take matters into my own hands.
This Spicy Chili Oil is a perfect addition to give any dish a little or a lot of extra spice! Plus you can feel great knowing that the ingredients are pure. Way too many spicy oils have additives like colors & chemicals that are just unnecessary. This oil will also save you a little money because a good quality chili oil will run anywhere from $10-$20 per bottle. 1 cup of quality organic olive oil should only cost about $5-7 dollars & the spices should just be pennies in total.
This oil would be great drizzled on pizza or even these street tacos for an extra kick!
