Tzatziki Sauce
{Dairy Free}
Wanna know some honest truth? I am not usually a fan of sauces that have a yogurt flavor. Even when I could eat yogurt, I didn't like it that much. But since I was creating a Greek Meatball recipe, I kind of figured I needed a traditional Tzatziki sauce to go with it.
And let me tell you something else true...I have become a lover of this sauce. The light, zingy flavor pairs perfectly with Greek Meatballs. I actually hid all the leftovers in the fridge so I could have it for lunch the next day! Yikes.
I think this sauce would be great spread on a paleo wrap or on these sandwich rolls for a meatball sandwich.
