Week Long Menu

The end of summer is finally upon us & even though my favorite season is coming to an end, I do look forward to cooler days, outdoor fires & Texas football. Around our house we are settling back into the routine of school & all of the extra curricular activities that come with it. So I need meals that are quick.
Good food doesn't have to be reserved for weekends or only when you "have time to cook". There is always time especially when you plan & prep ahead. Trust me that when you eat healthy, you can work, play & sleep healthier as well. And this low sugar, 1 Minute Chocolate Cake won't derail any of it either!
Once again, these meals are all quick enough for a weeknight & so nourishing that you will be completely satisfied. Remember to prep ahead & make this menu your own!
